Lovers of big fish beware: Dive with us on the world famous reefs of the Brother Islands, Daedalus and Elphinstone with various highlights such as white tip sharks, hammerheads, thresher sharks and grey reef sharks. Gorgonian forests, colorful soft corals, breathtaking drop-offs and wrecks can also be discovered on this tour.
Liveaboard MS Gelen:
Chartered by Extra Divers, the MS Gelen can accommodate a total of 20 divers. The comfortable ship offers everything a diver needs for a successful liveaboard trip: a spacious dive deck, a sundeck with shaded areas and air-conditioned cabins (8 double cabins and 2 master suites), each with its own bathroom (shower / toilet). Meals are served buffet-style three times a day. Afternoon snacks as well as coffee, tea and water are also included in the price. Nitrox is of course free of charge for certified Nitrox divers.
Dive site:
Brothers
Sharks, wrecks and wall diving, all is possible on the famous Brother Islands. The well-known thresher shark cleaning station on Little Brother, grey reef sharks, hammerheads and oceanic white tip sharks guarantee exciting dives. The spectacular drop-offs are overgrown with soft corals, as well as the two wrecks Numidia and Aida.
Daedalus
The large reef lies south of the Brother Islandsand impresses with intact hard corals and the popular "Clow-fish" City. However, Daedalus has become famous for its legendary hammerhead schools, which guarantee unique dives.
Elphinstone
The reef is known for its two plateaus on the north and south side with good chances for hammerhead shark encounters. A frequent visitor among the dive boats is the oceanic white tip shark (Longimanus).

General information:
We require a valid diving license and logbook from every diver. Min. number of 50 dives needed. The max. depth is 40m. Diving with a computer is compulsory and for your own safety. The exact routing depends on the weather and diving experience of our guests. Start and end of the liveaboard trip is in Port Ghalib. Approximately 3 dives daily, limited diving on the first and last sea day (no night dives are allowed on the Brothers, Daedalus and Elphinstone). MS Gelen is equipped with 12l aluminum bottles (15l on request and with surcharge). We recommend a diving health insurance including pressure chamber treatment. The vessel is ready for boarding from about 15:00 on the day of arrival, check out on the last day at 9:00 in the morning and then transport to the hotel or airport.
