From March 26, Extra Divers Worldwide will take over the southernmost diving center in Egypt at the Lahami Bay Beach Resort Berenice, and is looking for both management and team members as of January 15, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience as an active (SSI) diving instructor
- Min. 1500 dives
- Management experience in a dive center and professional experience in Egypt
- Languages: fluent German & English is a prerequisite, Italian is an advantage
- Loyalty, honesty and reliability
- Independent, goal-oriented and customer-oriented way of working
- a positive overall attitude
- Organizational skills
- Fun diving
- current, professional diving equipment
- Experience in equipment maintenance and repair
- also welcome for couples who would like to share operations and administration
Your tasks
- Management and organization of the dive center
- Quality and safety management
- Support of our international guests
- Team leadership & coordination of day-to-day business
- Execution of dives and SSI courses
- Control & supervision of technology, compressors and boats
- General administrative tasks, billing, wages, bookings, e-mail
