Extra Divers Fayrouz: The Extra Divers dive center under management of Mirjam Bouwmeester is located directly on the beach of the Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza Beach Resort. The dive center scores not only because of the optimal location directly on the hotel beach near the jetty, but above all because of the diving spots. Various dive sites from Port Ghalib to Marsa Alam can be reached by boat or minibus. The diversified house reef offers the perfect conditions for unforgettable diving experiences.
Turtlewatch Egypt: Turtlewatch Egypt is a citizen science program that collects critical information about endangered sea turtles in the Egyptian Red Sea. All data will be used to deepen our knowledge of these fantastic creatures and to contribute to their conservation and protection.
In addition to a donation, every diver can also easily contribute with their turtle photos. Simply send a full picture of the Egyptian sea turtle to turtlewatchegypt@gmail.com, along with the date of the picture, the dive site and the name of the photographer. Turtlewatch uses images of the right and left facial profiles to identify individual turtles, as well as images of peculiarities (scars, malformations, missing fins).

It tells of their long fascinating history, describes their role in the marine ecosystem and the dangers that threaten their continued existence. At the end you will receive the SSI Sea Turtle Ecology Specialty certification.
SSI Marine Ecology: Take part in the SSI Marine Ecology Specialty Program and find out how marine organisms interact with each other and with their environment, how energy flows through the communities and how the different marine ecosystems influence each other.
