Do you already have management experience and are you looking for your next big adventure? Then your chance awaits here!  <br\/>From March 26, Extra Divers Worldwide will take over the southernmost diving center in Egypt at the Lahami Bay Beach Resort Berenice, and is looking for both management and team members as of January 15, 2026, or by arrangement.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 5 years of experience as an active (SSI) diving instructor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Min. 1500 dives <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management experience in a dive center and professional experience in Egypt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Languages: fluent German &amp; English is a prerequisite, Italian is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loyalty, honesty and reliability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independent, goal-oriented and customer-oriented way of working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a positive overall attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fun diving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>current, professional diving equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in equipment maintenance and repair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>also welcome for couples who would like to share operations and administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Your tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Management and organization of the dive center<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality and safety management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support of our international guests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team leadership &amp; coordination of day-to-day business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execution of dives and SSI courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control &amp; supervision of technology, compressors and boats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General administrative tasks, billing, wages, bookings, e-mail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>We offer you<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A spacious and very potent dive center, which also has room for your ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start date January 15, 2026 or by arrangement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private apartment &amp; catering in the hotel restaurant included<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work permit will be provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 day week \/ 30 days paid vacation per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>above-average earning potential (fixed salary &amp; commission)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One round trip flight per year is covered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>largely independent work within the Extra Divers standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Does all of this apply to you?<\/strong>  Then apply now and make your dream job a reality!
