Dahab goes El Hierro – Red Sea meets Atlantic
Due to the missing direct flights to Sharm el Sheikh, Extra Divers offers something special:
Those who don’t want to abstain this summer from diving with Rene or Silvie from Extra Divers Dahab have the possibility, to discover the beauty of the Atlantic ocean around the Island of El Hierro together with Rene from mid of July. Rene will stay 4 weeks on El Hierro and is looking forward to seeing well known faces from Dahab at another destination!
El Hierro –the smallest and westernmost Island of the Canarian Group, offers breathtaking underwater formations. You can find extinct volcanic flows and drop offs along an extinct volcano which ascends from the deep blue to 15m depth.
In very clear water, the dive sites offer corals and loads of fish. Even big creatures like Mantas, Barracudas, giant groupers and even some whales and whale sharks stay around the island. Those who prefer the smaller things will be surprised about the big amount of shrimps, nudibraches and lobsters.
The dive center is located in La Restinga, in the south of the Island. There are numbers of apartments for up to 4 people, all with sea view.
